The BJP also demonstrated impressive performance in other municipal elections, including winning the president’s position in the Sampla Municipal Committee, a stronghold of former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Hooda, along with victories in Rewari and Dharuhera. In Panchkula, BJP mayoral candidate Shyam Lal Bansal and 17 ward candidates recorded a decisive win in the municipal elections.
In the Rewari Municipal Council elections, BJP candidate Vinita Pippal won the president’s position by a significant margin of over 21,000 votes.

BJP candidate Rajeev Jain won the mayoral election, and Archana Chhibbar secured a win from Ward Number 6. In Ambala, the BJP won in 16 wards, Congress in three, and independent candidates in one ward.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all victorious candidates in the municipal elections. He stated that the public has endorsed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP’s policies through these elections.
Saini remarked that under Modi’s leadership, BJP governments are consistently being formed across the country. He noted that public trust in the Prime Minister’s policies is steadily increasing, while Congress continues to mislead the public through falsehoods. However, the public has now recognized its true face.
Haryana’s Energy, Transport, and Labor Minister Anil Vij also congratulated all BJP candidates who won in the municipal elections. He emphasized that this victory is not just for BJP candidates but a triumph of public trust in the development, good governance, and welfare policies implemented under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership.
Vij specifically congratulated the victorious mayoral candidates: Akshita Saini from Ambala City, Rajeev Jain from Sonipat, and Shyam Lal Bansal from Panchkula, stating that the public has given a clear mandate in favor of development and transparent administration.
