Bhopal, September 23 (Daily Kiran) : The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced significant changes in its leadership structure in Madhya Pradesh. Former Chief Minister of Tripura, Biplab Deb, has been appointed as the new in-charge for the state. Alongside him, Rekha Verma will take on the role of co-in-charge.
Previously, Dr. Mahendra Singh held the position of state in-charge. This reshuffle not only introduces new leadership at the top but also assigns major responsibilities to four other key leaders from the state. Former minister and ex-MLA Arvind Bhadauria has been appointed as the in-charge for Andhra Pradesh. Additionally, Rajya Sabha member and BJP’s national secretary Kavita Patidar has been tasked with co-in-charge duties in Rajasthan.
Furthermore, BJP National Vice President Lal Singh Arya will serve as co-in-charge for West Bengal. Gajendra Patel, a sitting MP and national general secretary, has been designated as the in-charge for Jharkhand. Ashish Agarwal, hailing from Madhya Pradesh, has also been appointed as the national media coordinator.
The recent appointments reflect the BJP’s strategy to enhance its influence in national politics through the leadership roles assigned to various state leaders. In tandem with these changes, the party has also appointed Brij Gopal Loya as the media in-charge for the state.
