
Dehradun, February 17: An organizational meeting of the BJP was held in Dehradun as part of the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Maha Abhiyan. The event saw participation from Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, party workers, officials, and senior leaders.
During the meeting, Chief Minister Dhami addressed reporters, stating, “Today, training was conducted for BJP workers, representatives, and officials at all levels, from the state to the booth and power centers. We discussed how our party operates. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s leadership, new histories are being created, and various development initiatives are underway. Our ideological framework continues to guide our training campaigns, and on Tuesday, a workshop was held across the state.”
He further explained, “These workshops will extend from the districts to the mandal level. Our trained and senior members, who have extensive experience in the organization, will participate in these workshops. They will communicate their insights to the workers, enabling them to serve society better and work with commitment.”
Regarding preparations for the upcoming Char Dham Yatra, CM Dhami remarked, “The Char Dham Yatra has always been a significant journey for us. It serves as a lifeline, and all preparations are made with this in mind. We began planning for the next journey immediately after the 2025 Char Dham Yatra concluded. The dates for the opening of all portals have been announced, and meetings are ongoing. Our priority is to ensure the journey is safe for everyone. We are working with all stakeholders to make this journey successful.”
The Chief Minister also posted on the social media platform ‘X’, stating, “The BJP is a worker-based organization where politics is not merely a means to gain power, but a commitment to nation-building. Under Prime Minister Modi‘s leadership, we are steadfastly moving towards the goal of a developed India by implementing the principles of service, good governance, and Antyodaya.”
In another post, he mentioned, “During the state training plan meeting of the Deendayal Upadhyay Training Maha Abhiyan held in Dehradun, we deliberated on making the organization stronger, more disciplined, and results-oriented with party officials and workers.”
