BJP Aims for Third Consecutive Win in Uttar Pradesh, Says Pankaj Chaudhary

BJP leader Pankaj Chaudhary calls for unity among party workers to secure a third consecutive government in Uttar Pradesh.

Lucknow, October 30 (Daily Kiran) : Pankaj Chaudhary, the President of the BJP in Uttar Pradesh and Minister of State for Finance, urged party leaders and workers to unite for the upcoming elections. He emphasized the party’s goal of securing a significant majority in the state for the third consecutive time.

During a meeting of the state working committee held at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University in Lucknow, Chaudhary described the gathering as more than just a formal event. It was an opportunity to assess the organization’s strength, review government achievements, and set the political direction for the future. The party has come together with renewed energy and commitment to prepare for the major electoral battle in 2027.

Chaudhary noted that this meeting is crucial as it is the first state working committee session ahead of the assembly elections. He recalled that party workers had gathered in the same hall on July 14, 2024, after the Lok Sabha elections. With the organizational restructuring completed, new members of the state committee are now taking on their responsibilities. He reiterated that the BJP’s greatest strength lies in its organization and that its success is determined by the dedication and hard work of its workers, not merely by holding power.

He called on party members to increase activity at the booth level, hold regular meetings, and expand the organization among youth, women, and first-time voters. Chaudhary emphasized that the 2027 elections would be a test not only of political competition but also of organizational unity, public engagement, and the government’s performance. He stressed that election preparations should begin long before the polls and that representatives must maintain regular communication with the organization while addressing public issues.

Chaudhary highlighted that strong coordination between the government and the organization is the BJP’s greatest strength. He urged workers to play an active role in ensuring that government schemes reach eligible beneficiaries and emphasized the importance of integrating social harmony and inclusive development into the party’s operations.

Targeting the opposition, he stated that the 2027 elections would be a battle of development versus destruction and nationalism versus casteism. He accused the opposition of engaging in politics of confusion and negative accusations while asserting that the BJP should focus on communicating its achievements and policies to the public. He appealed to officials to prioritize the organization’s reputation and discipline over personal ambitions.
