Bihar to Develop Birthplaces of Great Personalities as Ideal Villages

New Delhi, June 3: BJP leader and Nawada MP Vivek Thakur expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary on Tuesday for surveying the birthplaces of great personalities. Thakur emphasized that Bihar has been a center of knowledge, culture, spirituality, freedom struggle, social reform, and nation-building.

Recently, during a meeting with Chief Minister Chaudhary, Thakur urged for the development of all significant sites related to these great figures as ‘Ideal Villages.’ In response, the Chief Minister directed a survey of these birthplaces and instructed the preparation of a phased plan to develop them accordingly. Thakur thanked the Chief Minister for this initiative.

He stated that it is essential to preserve and develop sites associated with these great personalities, who have guided the nation and the world with their thoughts and actions. The aim is to connect Bihar’s new generation with its glorious history and illustrious figures by transforming these sites into centers of inspiration.

Thakur specifically highlighted the historical, spiritual, and social richness of the Nawada Lok Sabha, mentioning notable figures like Dr. Shrikrishna Singh, Bihar’s first Chief Minister, and freedom fighter Jawahar Rajwar. He assured that their memories would be preserved and developed comprehensively.

He concluded by expressing confidence that under Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary’s capable leadership and commitment to good governance, Bihar will surely establish new dimensions of development, prosperity, and self-reliance.
