Patna, February 16: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed profound sorrow over the tragic incident in Bhivadi, Rajasthan. He announced a financial aid of ₹2 lakh for each of the families of the five laborers from Bihar who lost their lives in the accident.
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, CM Kumar stated that the deaths of the workers in a fire at a chemical factory in the Khushkheda industrial area of Bhivadi are extremely tragic. He extended his heartfelt condolences to the grieving families and directed the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund to provide the announced assistance.
Kumar further instructed the local commissioner in New Delhi to coordinate with the Rajasthan government to ensure proper arrangements for bringing the deceased bodies back to Bihar.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary expressed his sorrow, calling the news of the laborers’ deaths in the factory fire in Bhivadi deeply distressing.
