
Ujjain, May 13: Bhojpuri film industry’s popular actor Pradeep Pandey, known as ‘Chintu’, is no stranger to fame. He is celebrated for his roles in romance, action, and emotional dramas. However, in real life, he maintains a deep connection with spirituality and devotion. Recently, he visited the world-renowned Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga temple in Ujjain, where he participated in the Bharm Aarti and sought blessings from Baba Mahakal.
Upon arriving in Ujjain, Pradeep Pandey ‘Chintu’ bowed his head in reverence at the temple. He engaged in prayers and rituals, receiving the blessings of Lord Mahakal.
Speaking about his experience, the actor stated, “This was my first visit to Mahakal, and it has become one of the most special moments of my life. The sight of the Bharm Aarti was so incredible and divine that it is hard to express in words. I will never forget this celestial view. The faith of the devotees present in the morning, the chanting of mantras, and the devotion that filled the atmosphere touched my heart deeply.”
The Bharm Aarti at the Mahakal temple holds significant importance. Millions of devotees from across the country and abroad come to Ujjain each year to participate in this divine ritual. Not only ordinary devotees but also many big stars from the film and television industry have visited Baba Mahakal.
Recently, celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Dimple Kapadia have also paid their respects at Baba Mahakal. Additionally, Shilpa Shetty attended the Shayan Aarti with her sister Shamita Shetty. Other notable personalities like Kinjal Dave, Monal Gajjar, and Ulka Gupta have also sought blessings during the Bharm Aarti. Just recently, Tamannaah Bhatia also visited Baba Mahakal during the Bharm Aarti.
Regarding Pradeep Pandey ‘Chintu’s career, he began his acting journey in 2009 with the Bhojpuri film ‘Diwana’, co-starring Dinesh Lal Yadav and Pakhi Hegde. His debut earned him a jury mention award.
Since then, he has appeared in films such as ‘Saat Saheliyan’, ‘Devar Bada Satavela’, ‘Truck Driver’, ‘Jeena Teri Gali Mein’, ‘Dulara’, ‘Dulhan Chahiye Pakistan Se’, ‘Rangila’, and ‘Mehndi Laga Ke Rakhna 2’. Today, he is considered one of the top actors in the Bhojpuri industry.
