In mid of increasing cases of covid-19 in Mumbai, Being Sevak Charitable trust continues to provide never-ending support to it’s blind members. Another Food-kit distribution event successfully organised by Mr. Priyank Shah and his team of young volunteers as part of Mission Annapurna programme in Mumbai.
No charity is Greater than providing food to the needy! Being Sevak Charitable Trust constantly supports and make efforts to uplift hundreds of visually impaired members and their families in the states of Maharashtra, Tamilnadu, West-Bengal and Gujarat. A humble act of providing healthy meals to blind people and vision of bringing positive changes in the lives of the under-privileged and visually impaired people has been an incredible heartfelt journey of almost a decade.

Following his noble mother’s footsteps Mr. Priyank Shah, founder of Being Sevak Charitable Trust has not only supported hundreds of helpless, poor and needy people but established a nationwide movement of donation campaigns for the cause. Mr. Shah’s generous act of kindness has inspired numerous youth and well-known personalities to contribute towards the upliftment of visually impaired members.

Mandar Chandwadkar, a well-known actor as “Atmaram Tukaram Bhide” an amazing human being from Tarak Mehta ka Ulta Chasma graced the Mission Annapurna program held on 9th Jan 2022 as a Guest of honour to distribute monthly food kits, blankets and hygiene kits to visually impaired members. Mr. Priyank Shah and Mr. Mandar Chandwadkar took the stage to spread awareness about covid safety measures. Being Sevak team ensured social distancing and other covid safety measures were taken during the event.
