Bajaj Finserv gains on getting SEBI license to commence mutual fund business

Bajaj Finserv is currently trading at Rs.1352.05, up by 7.45 points or 0.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 1344.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1387.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1387.90 and Rs. 1351.00 respectively. So far 44126 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1846.00 on 13-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1077.70 on 01-Jul-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1387.90 and Rs. 1330.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 215699.07 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.75%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.71% and 24.54% respectively.

Bajaj Finserv has received the final registration from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to commence its mutual fund operations under Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund.

Bajaj Finserv Mutual Fund, with Bajaj Finserv Asset Management (BFAML) as the Investment Manager, will soon offer a range of mutual fund products including equity, debt, and hybrid funds, both in the active and passive segments, to investors. BFAML will create a tech-driven, multi-channel approach to serve investors across various touchpoints and geographies in order to build a future-ready asset management company.
