New Delhi, May 11: Australia has officially announced its squad for the upcoming One Day International (ODI) series against Pakistan and the white-ball series against Bangladesh scheduled for May-June 2026. Mitchell Marsh will lead the team in both formats while participating in IPL 2026.
Key players Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, and Mitchell Starc have been rested for this series. The ODI team sees the return of Billy Stanlake and Riley Meredith. Newcomers Oli Peake, Liam Scott, and Joel Davis have also been included in the squad. Peake is selected solely for the ODI series against Pakistan, while Scott is included only for the ODI series against Bangladesh. Joel Davis will participate exclusively in the T20 series against Bangladesh.
Players currently engaged in IPL 2026, including Travis Head, Cooper Connolly, Ben Dwarshuis, and Javier Bartlett, will replace Peake, Stanlake, Meredith, and Matt Short in the ODI series against Bangladesh.
