This Delhi lad is just 29 years old and has represented India and his works at prestigious forums like World Economic World Economic Forum in Davos, Skoll World Forum in Oxford, Nobel Peace Prize Forum in Oslo, United Nations in New York, UNLEASH Innovation Lab in China where he also won gold, Opportunity Collaboration in Mexico, and many others.
Pratik wears multiple hats ; He is the India President of 5th Element Group – a global impact management consultancy, India Host of TV shows – FINTECH.TV & TheIMPACT, Global Youth Lead of Dream Tank – worldwide 1 billion youth movement, co-founder of Let’s Do This – India’s flagship GTM engine, co-founder of Alt Ctrl – a blockchain-enabled platform, co-founder of #LetsGoSocial – a creative marketing agency, co-founder of India Needs You – a leadership movement, co-founder of GlassTick – a zero-waste B2B glassware solutions brand, and has held executive positions with the TATA Group.

Pratik has won scholarships worth thousands of dollars and innumerable awards for creating impact, some of them being, GreenBiz Global “30 under 30”, British Petroleum Scholar, WEF Global Shaper, Climate Leader trained by US Vice President Al Gore, Ambassador at One Young World, and Asia’s top 50 voices by Earth Day Network.
Pratik earned his 2-year-MBA from the prestigious Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a certificate in Strategic Management from the University of Chicago. When asked about jobs v/s entrepreneurship, Pratik said, “If all of us take up jobs, then who will solve challenges like poor education / no access to water / climate crisis / gender inequality ? I always wanted to be a job creator. Entrepreneurship will help India become a country we imagine it to be and I try to inspire youth to take up entrepreneurship by speaking and funding best ideas at IITs / IIMs / other institutes.”
Having delivered more than 150 speeches in 30 countries, 29-year-old Gauri is considered a global youth icon with a big fan following. He is also a public TEDx speaker and a social media influencer with 200k+ followers.
