Mumbai, May 20: The popular Indian Hindi drama web series ‘Sapne Versus Everyone,’ produced by The Viral Fever, is making waves on OTT platforms. Amidst the fantastic response from viewers, the show’s creator, Arunabh Kumar, shared the journey of the series on Instagram.
He posted pictures with the team, featuring the main cast and several others. Through this post, Arunabh expressed his gratitude to the entire team, stating, “‘Sapne Versus Everyone’ has been more than just a series for me; it has been a dream in itself. The story began in 2018-2019 when Ambrish Verma envisioned becoming an actor, writer, and director.”
He further elaborated, “During the COVID period, while I was trying to manage The Viral Fever, I thought it was time to bring Ambrish Verma back to TVF Timeliners, where he started as a sales executive and created his first sketch, ‘Luckiest Man on Earth.'”
Describing the inception of the series, Arunabh mentioned that the idea for ‘Sapne’ emerged from a long conversation at a Hanuman temple near Delhi Airport. In 2022, the first story was narrated at Tiracol Fort in Goa, leading to numerous discussions late into the night about books, stories, and ideas.
Praising Ambrish Verma, Arunabh noted that he is an exceptional storyteller and a brilliant actor. He wrote, “He chose to focus on perfecting his story rather than taking the easy path or big offers.”
The producer credited the success of the series to the entire cast and crew. He remarked, “Paramveer Singh Chima infused heart and emotion into the character of ‘Prashant.’ Vijayant Kohli created a memorable villain as ‘Mama.’ The rest of the cast and team also strengthened this world.”
In conclusion, he thanked the music, background score, editing, and prime team, stating that the character ‘Jimmy’ represents every person who dreams big.
