Arrests of Leaders Supporting Jantar Mantar 2.0 Movement May Be Imminent, Warns Saurabh Bhardwaj

New Delhi, October 5 (Daily Kiran) : AAP leader Saurabh Bhardwaj has made a significant claim regarding the Jantar Mantar 2.0 movement. He expressed concerns, citing sources, that leaders from various organizations supporting the movement may soon face arrests on alleged false charges. Despite this, Bhardwaj emphasized the importance of proceeding with the planned peaceful protest on October 10.

Following Bhardwaj’s statement, discussions regarding the future strategy of the Jantar Mantar 2.0 movement have intensified. He urged leaders and organizations involved in the movement to prepare alternative leadership in light of potential arrests. According to him, the activities of the movement should not come to a halt if any single leader is detained; therefore, it is crucial to have second-tier leadership ready to take on responsibilities.

Bhardwaj also highlighted the need for enhanced communication strategies among the organizations involved in the movement. He suggested that a Plan B for communication should be developed to ensure that leaders, organizations, activists, and supporters can stay connected under adverse circumstances.

He stressed that the strength of a movement lies not only in its leadership but also in the collective participation and purpose of its members. “This movement is bigger than any individual, organization, or political party,” Bhardwaj stated. He called on all participants to continue raising their voices peacefully and democratically, regardless of any pressure or potential actions against them.

Bhardwaj specifically reiterated the importance of maintaining the peaceful nature of the protest scheduled for October 10. He urged organizations involved to strategize in advance for possible scenarios and clarify leadership responsibilities. He reassured that the continuity of the movement should not be affected even if actions are taken against some prominent leaders.
