Mumbai, May 11: Actor Arjun Kapoor has marked 14 years in the film industry. He began his acting journey with the film “Ishaqzaade,” which was released 14 years ago on this day.
On this occasion, Arjun shared sketches of some iconic scenes from the film on Instagram. He expressed that his character, ‘Parma,’ still feels close to his heart, reminiscent of the start of his cinematic journey, which he aims to continue with exciting projects.
Arjun wrote, “Even after 14 years, Parma feels like everything is just beginning. ‘Ishaqzaade’ was my introduction as an actor, in the world of cinema, and with all of you, and this journey continues.”
Directed by Habib Faisal and produced by Aditya Chopra under the Yash Raj Films banner, “Ishaqzaade” featured Parineeti Chopra opposite Arjun. The romantic-action film, released in 2012, received immense love from audiences and performed well at the box office.
The performances of Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra were highly praised, with their chemistry resonating well with viewers. The film is set against the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh and tells a passionate, gripping love story.
