Mumbai: Veteran actor Anupam Kher shared a heartfelt post after an unexpected meeting with former Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma. Anupam described Rohit as a very special person and a true hero in his life.
In an Instagram post, Anupam revealed that during a shoot, he was mistakenly taken into the wrong vanity van, where he saw Rohit Sharma along with his wife Ritika. This surprise encounter turned out to be a memorable and special moment for the actor.
Anupam wrote, “There were many vanity vans parked at the shoot location in the morning. By mistake, I was taken to the wrong van and whom do I see? The great Rohit Sharma! My favourite cricketer and his beautiful, supportive wife Ritika. I really like Rohit! Not only for his incredible skill as a player but also for his personality.”
He further added, “We often give titles to our heroes in films and sports, and they deserve them. But after seeing Rohit on and off the field, I can say he is very genuine. No pretense, no hunger for any special title! I admire his calm nature. He laughs easily and does not try to create any myths about himself. He does not change his personality in front of the paparazzi. He remains just the way he is, and that is the greatest quality of a cool person!”
