Los Angeles, April 3: The iconic horror-comedy franchise ‘Scary Movie’ is making headlines as it gears up for its sixth installment. Notably, Anna Faris is set to reprise her beloved role as Cindy Campbell, and she couldn’t be more thrilled.
Anna Faris expressed her excitement, saying, “When Marlon Wayans called to tell me they were bringing the ‘Scary Movie’ team back together, I couldn’t believe it at first. It was a joyous moment for me.”
She added, “I feel like I’m finally in a position to genuinely thank Keenen Ivory Wayans and the entire team, as this film gave my career a new direction. Very few people get the chance to work with their old colleagues again and relive that magic.”
Faris is genuinely enthusiastic about the franchise’s return. Discussing the film’s script, she mentioned that the initial draft she received is quite good.
