During the meeting, NTR district collector Lakshmi Sha provided an update on local conditions, noting that light rain is currently falling in several areas. The administration remains on high alert and is closely monitoring the situation.

Sha reported that a team of officials has inspected sensitive areas around the Budmeru drain. So far, the situation is under control, and there are no immediate concerns. However, precautionary measures are being implemented.

Officials are encouraging all residents to follow government directives and cooperate with the administration. Parents have been specifically urged to keep their children indoors during the storm.
