
Mumbai, June 14: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has embarked on a two-day visit to Singapore aimed at attracting investment for the development of Amaravati and other key infrastructure projects.
The Chief Minister departed from Bengaluru and is expected to arrive in Singapore on Sunday. According to his office, he will participate in various meetings on June 15 and 16.
On Monday, CM Naidu is scheduled to meet with Singapore’s Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and several business leaders to discuss collaboration across various sectors.
On Tuesday, he will attend and address the World Cities Summit. Later that evening, he will participate in an event organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry, where he will meet with industry representatives.
The itinerary includes a meeting with India’s High Commissioner to Singapore, Shilpak Ambule. Following this, he will join a roundtable conference with startup venture capitalists and have a lunch meeting with UN-Habitat’s Executive Director, Ana Claudia Rosbach.
The Chief Minister will also engage in discussions with Singapore’s Senior Minister of State, Low Yen Ling. He is set to meet with Karan Bajwa, President of Google Cloud Asia-Pacific, Lim Siang Guan, advisor to GIC’s executive committee, Robert Yap, Executive Chairman of YCH Group, and Professor Tan Eng Chye, President of the National University of Singapore.
Additionally, he will meet with Singapore’s Foreign Minister Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan and members of the Confederation of Indian Industry’s Andhra Pradesh delegation. Meetings with Minister for Home Affairs K. Shanmugam and Minister for Human Resources Dr. Tan See Leng are also on the agenda.
On Tuesday, Naidu will inaugurate the CBN@361 event organized by the Kakatiya Cultural Association. He will participate in the APAC Semiconductor Roundtable and the Surbana Jurong-Amaravati Planning Meeting.
Following these engagements, he will discuss with a team led by Singapore’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry, Gan Kim Yong.
The Chief Minister will address the leadership plenary at the World Cities Summit and subsequently tour the exhibition, which includes the Singapore Pavilion, Innovators Alley, and the Google Technology showcase.
He will also attend a meeting with Citrine and later participate in the CII Partnership Summit 2026 Business Roadshow, a crucial component of Andhra Pradesh’s investment initiatives.
Accompanying the Chief Minister are Minister P. Narayana, Secretary of the Industry Department N. Yuvraj, Special Chief Secretary for Urban Administration S. Suresh Kumar, CEO of the AP Economic Development Board M. Shanmohan, and officials from CRDA.
