New Delhi, October 19 (Daily Kiran) : Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University in New Delhi has announced openings for 56 non-teaching positions through direct recruitment and deputation. The application deadline is fast approaching, with candidates able to apply until October 20.
The available positions include one Internal Audit Officer, one IT System Administrator, four Section Officers, six Senior Assistants, two Staff Nurses, one Sports Coach (female), one Junior Library Assistant, and 40 Junior Assistants/Juniors Assistants cum Caretakers.
Applications must be submitted online, with the final date for submission set for three weeks from the advertisement’s publication in Employment News, which is October 20. Interested candidates can complete their registration on the official website of Ambedkar University.
Candidates applying for these roles must meet specific educational qualifications. For the IT System Administrator position, a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 50/55% marks is required. Section Officers need a postgraduate degree, while Senior Assistants must hold a bachelor’s degree. Staff Nurses should have a B.Sc. in Nursing, and the Sports Coach must possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physical Education. The Junior Library Assistant role requires a bachelor’s degree in Library Science, while Junior Assistants need to have completed their 12th grade and demonstrate typing speeds of 35/30 words per minute in English/Hindi.
For the Internal Audit Officer position, applicants must have experience in finance, accounts, or audit within government departments or public sector undertakings, specifically at Level 12 pay scale. Additionally, relevant experience and skills are mandatory for all roles.
Age limits for applicants vary by position, ranging from 27 to 56 years, calculated as of the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
During the application process, candidates are required to pay an application fee online, which is set at ₹1,000 for the Internal Audit Officer and IT System Administrator roles, ₹500 for Section Officers, Senior Assistants, and Staff Nurses, and ₹300 for Sports Coaches, Junior Library Assistants, and Junior Assistants. There are fee exemptions for SC/ST/PWD candidates and women.
