Allegations of a Plot by Illegal Immigrants to Overthrow Government, Claims NHRC Member

NHRC member Priyank Kanungo accuses illegal Bangladeshi and Rohingya immigrants of plotting against the government under Sonia Gandhis leadership.

New Delhi, October 19 (Daily Kiran) : National Human Rights Commission member Priyank Kanungo has made serious allegations regarding illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and Rohingyas. In a recent video posted on social media platform X, he accused the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government and Sonia Gandhi of facilitating the settlement of these immigrants in India.

Kanungo stated, “The video serves as evidence. The nation should take note. During Sonia Gandhi’s tenure, top officials in the government aided illegal Bangladeshi immigrants and Rohingyas in obtaining voter ID and Aadhaar cards, establishing their settlements. Now, the second generation of these immigrants aims to incite violence to topple the government, as they thrive on chaos. The Systematic Identification and Registration (SIR) mechanism is in place to identify these immigrants, which is why traitors are troubled by it. Many pieces of evidence will be released over time.”

He further elaborated, “Understand the intentions of the Bangladeshi immigrants. They want to remove PM Modi because he does not belong to their community. Their voter IDs, ration cards, and citizenship documents were created by members of the National Advisory Council under Sonia Gandhi’s leadership. These immigrants are having children at the age of 55, adding to the population burden on the country.”

Kanungo claimed that those who controlled the regime previously granted citizenship to illegal Bangladeshi immigrants in India. He mentioned that these immigrants have expressed their capacity for violence during protests but chose restraint. He criticized the notion that PM Modi views Pakistan as an enemy, calling it incorrect. He drew parallels with illegal immigrants causing unrest in France, suggesting that similar factions in India aim to incite violence. “They want to overthrow the government and infringe upon the rights of Indian citizens, which we will not allow,” he asserted.
