Lucknow, February 19: The National President of the Samajwadi Party, Akhilesh Yadav, has accused the BJP of undermining the Constitution and democratic values. He stated that the BJP is averse to democracy, secularism, and socialism.
Yadav claimed that the party is attempting to tarnish the unity of the ‘PDA’ and sow discord among the youth. Speaking at the party’s state headquarters in Lucknow, he addressed leaders and workers from various districts, urging them to be cautious of the BJP’s “anti-propaganda policy.” He emphasized the need to strengthen the organization while avoiding negativity.
He reiterated the Samajwadi Party’s commitment to the principles of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar. “The path of the PDA is the only alternative. Workers must collaborate with unity and coordination. The upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh are crucial, and the Samajwadi Party is poised to form the government,” he asserted.
Akhilesh Yadav expressed that the Samajwadi Party believes in politics of development. “It is essential for the Samajwadi Party’s government to uplift farmers, the poor, and the youth for the overall development of the state,” he added.
He accused the current government of lacking concrete achievements and attempting to take credit for the development works of the previous Samajwadi Party government.
