
Ahmedabad, August 31: Adani Sportsline Academy’s speed skaters delivered an impressive performance at the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) ‘District Roller Skating Tournament – 2026’, securing a total of 43 medals.
This achievement marks a significant increase in the academy’s medal tally, rising from 28 medals last year to 43 this year. The breakdown includes 15 gold, 18 silver, and 10 bronze medals, compared to last year’s 10 gold, 9 silver, and 9 bronze.
Kashvi Panchal (Under-17 Girls – Quad), Parth Shah (Under-17 Boys – Quad), and Rahi Joshi (Under-17 Girls – Quad) stood out, each winning gold medals in their respective categories for the 500 meters, 1,000 meters, and 3,000 meters road events.
Pahal Salunke, Nivan Khlas, and Rehanshi Shah each earned four silver medals in their categories. Additionally, speed skater Naksh Prajapati claimed gold, silver, and bronze medals across various events.
Participants from different parts of Gujarat took part in this event, showcasing the extensive reach of Adani Sportsline’s speed skating program. Skaters represented Ahmedabad, Himmatnagar, and Gandhinagar districts.
Sanjay Adesara, Chief Business Officer of Adani Sportsline, stated that the medals won by the athletes are a testament to the talent and discipline fostered by the speed skating academy.
Adesara remarked, “Our performance at the SGFI District Tournament exemplifies the talent and discipline that our speed skating academy continuously develops.
