Adani Green Energy surges on completing acquisition of 100% stake in 3 entities

Adani Green Energy is currently trading at Rs. 2186.05, up by 30.35 points or 1.41% from its previous closing of Rs. 2155.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2186.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2200.00 and Rs. 2170.45 respectively. So far 405376 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3048.00 on 19-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1106.00 on 29-Oct-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2229.10 and Rs. 2100.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 341469.88 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.50%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.89% and 22.61% respectively.

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) has completed acquisition of 100% equity share capital of 3 entities namely, Wind One Renergy (WORL), Wind Three Renergy (WTRL) and Wind Five Renergy (WFRL) (WORL, WTRL and WFRL are hereinafter collectively referred to as Target Entities) from Inox Green Energy Services (IGESL), each housing 50 MW operational wind power projects.

AGEL’s portfolio of renewable generation capacity in India, currently stands at 20.43 GWac with 6.72 GWac operational projects and balance 13.71 GWac in development stage.

Adani Green Energy builds, owns and operates power plants powered by renewable sources of energy like solar and wind.
