Adani Enterprises jumps after its arm incorporates subsidiary

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 2550.00, up by 43.35 points or 1.73% from its previous closing of Rs. 2506.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 2507.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2577.85 and Rs. 2507.55 respectively. So far 193184 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4189.55 on 21-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1017.10 on 03-Feb-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2577.85 and Rs. 2462.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 291868.79 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.65%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 24.80% and 7.55% respectively.

Adani Enterprises’ wholly owned subsidiary — Adani Defence Systems and Technologies (ADSTL) has incorporated a 100% subsidiary company namely ‘Atharva Advanced Systems and Technologies’ (AASTL) on August 09, 2023.

AASTL is incorporated with the object of developing and manufacturing of various autonomous aerial technology and systems for defence applications. AASTL is a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
