New Delhi, 25 August (Kiran News). Many artists have bravely shared their fight against cancer on social media. Now, actress Tannishtha Chatterjee has also openly spoken about her illness. She revealed her battle with stage 4 oligo metastatic cancer and posted a heartfelt picture. Tannishtha shared that her 70-year-old mother and 9-year-old daughter are completely dependent on her.

In her caption, Tannishtha wrote, “The last eight months have been extremely tough. As if losing my father to cancer was not enough, now I have to fight this disease myself. Eight months ago, I was diagnosed with stage 4 oligo metastatic cancer. But this post is not about pain, it is about love and strength. Nothing could be worse than this—having both a 70-year-old mother and a 9-year-old daughter depending on me.” She also mentioned how, during this difficult period, she has received immense love and kindness from people. Tannishtha wrote, “In the toughest moments of life, I have found extraordinary love. A love that finds a way through every obstacle and never lets me feel alone. I have received this from my wonderful friends and family. Their unwavering support has brought a true smile to my face even on the hardest days.”
