Active Clothing Company hits new 52-week high on signing agreement with Shima Seiki Mfg

Active Clothing Company is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 41.40, up by 1.95 points or 4.94% from its previous closing of Rs. 39.45 on the BSE.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 41.40 on 25-Jul-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 20.05 on 21-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 41.40 and Rs. 29.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 64.22 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.58% and Non-Institutions held 26.42% stake in the company.

Active Clothing Company has signed agreement with Shima Seiki Mfg, Japan. The company has signed agreement for import of machinery which will increase company’s manufacturing capacity by another 1 million garments annually enabling it to become a dominant player in company’s category in India.
