Abhay Verma on Chemistry with Rasha Thadani: Too Early to Comment on Their Pairing

Mumbai, 12 June – Actor Abhay Verma, known for his role in the horror film ‘Munjya’, is set to appear soon in Phantom Films’ next project, ‘Laiki Laika’. He is reuniting with Phantom Films after previously working as a junior artist in Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Super 30’.

Reflecting on his journey, Abhay shared, “A cycle in my life is complete. When I was a junior artist, I used to watch Hrithik sir perform in ‘Super 30’. Now, I hope that with my film ‘Laiki Laika’, I can become a reason for someone to feel closer to their dreams.”

Hailing from Panipat, Haryana, Abhay expressed, “I hope my journey answers the questions of many young artists who wonder if their dreams will come true or if they will find a place in the industry. If my path serves as an answer for them, I will consider myself very fortunate.”

Discussing the film, Abhay said, “‘Laiki Laika’ tells the story of two people trapped in a different world.”

He also revealed that the film will hold many surprises for the fans.

Abhay will be seen opposite Rasha Thadani, daughter of actress Raveena Tandon. When asked about their on-screen chemistry, he responded that it would be premature to comment on their pairing.

He added, “It is too early to say anything, but we want people to feel something after watching our story. It is about two individuals caught in an alternate world.”

Regarding his upcoming projects, Abhay mentioned that besides ‘Laiki Laika’, he is working on Siddharth Anand’s much-awaited film ‘King’ alongside Shah Rukh Khan. He is also involved in Sujat Saudagar’s film ‘Jacy’.
