AAP blames Amit Shah for violence in Jahangirpuri

New Delhi, April 20 : Aam Adami Party leader and MP Raghav Chada on Wednesday accused the Home Minister Amit Shah for orchestrating violence in Delhi and suggested that the only way to put an end to riots in the country by using bulldozers at his home. Raghav’s reaction came after the Delhi’s North M cipal Corporation conducted a demolition drive in riot-hit Jahangirpuri, after the communal clashes on Hanuman Jayanti on Saturday. “We have been witnessing riots in Delhi every other day and the BJP is behind all these riots. If you want to stop the violence in the country, the demolition drive should be conducted at the Home Minister house, because he is responsible for violence in the country” Chadha said. Blaming the BJP for communal clashes in Jahangirpuri, Ragav said the BJP is inciting riots and indulging in hooliganism in various parties of the country… and the demolition drive must be conducted at their party office and then only the violence will be stopped. Another AAP MLA Atishi Marlen, also alleged that BJP is responsible for riots across the country and today’s demolition drive is unfortunate. The bulldozers will be used at BJP headquarters and the riots of the entire country will stop. Meanwhile, after the Supreme Court ordered the “anti-encroachment drive” came to an end, with the apex court scheduled to hear the matter on Thursday. The demolition drive comes days after communal clashes broke out in the area on Saturday. On Wednesday morning, security was heightened across the city, and in Jahangirpuri in particular. A total of 12 companies of the CRPF have been deployed in the city in two shifts, most in and around Jahangirpuri. JA SY 1617
