Board Exams to Commence on March 6, 2025

Ajmer, February 5, 2025: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) is set to conduct the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams from March 6, 2025. Over 19,98,509 students are registered for this yearโ€™s exams, making it one of the most significant academic events in the state.

Board Administrator Mahesh Chandra Sharma emphasized that these exams not only determine the future of millions of students but also uphold Rajasthanโ€™s academic integrity and reputation. He stated that maintaining confidentiality and discipline during the examination process is of utmost importance.

๐Ÿ”น Exam Security and Monitoring Measures

To ensure strict security and transparency, the Rajasthan Board has implemented several monitoring measures:

๐Ÿ“Œ Confidentiality & Security: All district headquarters will be responsible for ensuring the secrecy and safe storage of question papers until the exams conclude.

๐Ÿ“Œ 24ร—7 Control Room: A central control room will be operational from March 1 to April 5, monitoring all activities related to the exams.

๐Ÿ“Œ CCTV & Videography:
โœ” Sensitive and highly sensitive exam centers will have CCTV surveillance and daily videography.
โœ” Every exam day, videography will be conducted from question paper retrieval to distribution.
โœ” Flying squads will conduct rotational videography across various centers.

๐Ÿ“Œ Exam Paper Storage:
โœ” Question papers will be stored in police stations in education department lockers for maximum security.
โœ” Dedicated vehicles will transport exam papers with high-level security measures.

๐Ÿ”น Invigilator Assignments & Answer Sheet Collection

To ensure proper supervision, the deployment of invigilators will be done based on the number of examinees:

๐Ÿ“ 1 invigilator for every 25 students
๐Ÿ“ 2 invigilators for 26 to 50 students
๐Ÿ“ 3 invigilators for 51 to 75 students
๐Ÿ“ 4 invigilators for 76 to 100 students

After the exam, answer sheets will be securely transported to designated collection centers for further processing.

๐Ÿ”น Anti-Cheating Measures

Special Officer Neetu Yadav emphasized strict action against students using unfair means. The board has issued strict guidelines to invigilators and examination centers:

๐Ÿšซ Students caught cheating will have their names reported to the Director of Confidentiality.
๐Ÿšซ School uniforms are mandatory for all students appearing for exams.
๐Ÿšซ Students must not bring any electronic devices inside the examination hall.
๐Ÿšซ Face visibility must be clear for identification purposes.
