Morena (MP), Apr 16 : A youth was grievously injured during firing, arson and stone-pelting between members of two comm ties on Saturday evening in the wake of a collision involving a pickup and a motorcycle in Civil Lines Police Station limits of this town which is the headquarters of volatile Chambal division. “A dwelling and vehicles were damaged and one vehicle torched. The blaze was brought under control in time. When both sides came to lodge complaints at the police station, firing took place there as well. The accused are being identified. The hurt youngster was rushed to the District Hospital from where he was referred to Gwalior. We are closely monitoring the situation to prevent any untoward incident,” SP Ashutosh Bagri told reporters. XC-AC
