Patna, April 9 : Three people drowned in Ganga river under Maner police station area in Patna district on Saturday. Police said that some people had gone for harvesting crops in riverine in morning under Maner police station area. When they were returning, the boat ferrying them capsized midstream in Ganga river near Bramhachari ghat. ” Ten people were onboard when the boat capsized”, police said adding seven of them managed to swim to shore while three others drowned in the incident. Search operation had been launched to trace the bodies, police informed. KKS BM
