Bardhaman, April 4 : Five persons were killed, four of them from a same family, when a Toto (three- wheeler) carrying them was hit by goods-laden dumper on highway No 2 in West Bengal’s East Bardhaman district, police said on Monday. The accident took place around 0530 hours when the stone chips- laden dumper dashed against the Toto, killing all the five occupants on the spot. The deceased included the Toto driver. Police said the four of the family members were going to catch fish from a nearby pond. PC SJC BM
