CPI (ML) MLAs marshalled out from Bihar Assembly for creating noise

Patna, March 31 : Taking strong action against the noisy scenes created by the CPI ( ML) MLAs who did not budge even an inch and refused the request of Bihar Assembly Speaker Vijay Kumar Sinha for maintaining order in the house, the Speaker marshalled out the CPI ( ML) MLAs from the Lower House during pre lunch sitting on Friday. As soon as the house assembled for the day, the CPI ML members created ruckus alleging deterioration in the law and order in the state. The speaker requested the members to maintain order but in vain. Following continuous pandemonium, the speaker ordered to Marshal out the CPI ML MLA s. The CPI ML members resisted the action but were marshalled out of the lower house. Later the marshalled out MLAs staged dharna in the Assembly premises during which CPI ML MLA Sudama Prasad suddenly fell sick and was rushed to the hospital. It may be recalled that the AIMIM MLA Akhtarul Imaan was also marshalled out from the Lower house on Thursday for creating ruckus in the well insisting the Speaker to accept his adjournment motion.
