Imphal, March 5 : Around 76 percent of the electors exercised their mandate till 5 pm in the second phase of Manipur Assembly poll on Saturday. The polling percentage in the state at 5 PM is 76.04 percent, election officials said. Senapati district recorded the highest turnout with 82.02 percent while Thoubal recorded 78 percent, Chandel 76.71, Jiribam 75.02, Ukhrul 71.57 and Tamenglong 66, the officials said. NS SSP
