Mahindra & Mahindra trades higher as its arm incorporates step-down subsidiary in Costa Rica

Mahindra & Mahindra is currently trading at Rs. 841.10, up by 1.15 points or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 839.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 839.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 849.40 and Rs. 838.25 respectively. So far 41286 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 978.90 on 17-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 725.00 on 28-Jul-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 849.40 and Rs. 825.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 105230.03 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 66.07% and 14.47% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) subsidiary— Mahindra Holdings has incorporated new Step-down Subsidiary Company namely ‘Bristlecone Internacional Costa Rica’ in the Republic of Costa Rica on January 4, 2022 to expand its business in the region of Costa Rica.
