Ujjivan Small Finance Bank zooms after its total deposits up 34% in Q3FY22

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is currently trading at Rs. 21.70, up by 1.80 points or 9.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 19.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 21.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 22.25 and Rs. 21.25 respectively. So far 1021652 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 44.50 on 07-Jan-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.55 on 29-Nov-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.25 and Rs. 18.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3741.80 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 83.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.31% and 15.37% respectively.

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank’s total deposits grew 34% to Rs 15600 crore as of December 31, 2021 (Q3FY22), as compared to Rs 11600 crore on a yearly basis. On a quarterly basis, the deposits were up 10% from Rs 14100 crore as of September 2021.

Retail deposits stood at Rs 8300 crore as of December 31, 2021, posting a 48.21% rise in year-on-year (YoY) terms against Rs 5600 crore as of December 31, 2020 and in quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis stood at Rs 7300 crore in September 2021. CASA Ratio stood at 26% as of December 31, 2021 versus 22% as of September 30, 2021. CASA (current account savings account) jumped 95.24% to Rs 4100 crore as against Rs 2100 crore.
