M&M surges on garnering 25,000 bookings for XUV700

Mahindra & Mahindra is currently trading at Rs. 880.00, up by 1.85 points or 0.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 878.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 894.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 895.00 and Rs. 875.00 respectively. So far 78352 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 952.15 on 08-Feb-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 587.30 on 30-Oct-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 895.00 and Rs. 829.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 109400.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.46%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 66.24% and 14.30% respectively.

Mahindra & Mahindra’s (M&M) new offering XUV700 garnered 25,000 bookings in just 57 minutes of the commencement of the process. The company had announced introductory prices, ranging between Rs 11.99 lakh and Rs 22.89 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 25,000 units of the new product.
