Proxy candidate, aide arrested from Udaipur center

Udaipur : A joint team of the SOG and Savina police station arrested one proxy candidate and his aide from an examination center at Jawahar Jain Shikshan Santhan here at Sector-11 of the city. The proxy candidate was appearing for the Librarian-Third grade examination held statewide on Saturday. During the interrogation, the accused men told the police about other gang members appearing examinations in Bharatpur and Jodhpur and on the information, SOG and police teams nabbed the men from the respective districts. 

Additional SP-SOG Himmat Singh said the two arrested men in Udaipur were  members of a gang using proxy candidates for various examinations. Both of their names are Kamlesh Bishnoi, residents of DhoriManna in Barmer district. The officer said that one Kamlesh Bishnoi son of GangaRam was found writing answers in one of a room insidethe center when the SOG and Savina police team raided the place. The proxy candidate was appearing on the admit card issued to a candidate named Bahadur Singh of Banswara while his aide Kamlesh son of Babulal Bishnoi was waiting outside the center to help him. Police is now looking out for the real candidate Bahadur Singh.

The candidate Kamlesh told  police that one Dinesh Siyag son of Nathulal from Pali is the master mind and gang leader who arranges proxy candidates in lieu of money from real candidates. Kamlesh confessed that he had met the real candidates in Jaipur. Dinesh sent Ashok Khileri and Shravan Dhaka to Bharatpur where Ashok was to play the proxy writer. Similarly one Ashok Chowdhary was sent to Jodhpur to appear in place of a real candidate from Barmer.
