The manifesto, is titled ‘Mhare Sapne Ka Haryana’ or ‘Haryana of My dreams’. Party’s Working President JP Nadda, and other senior functionaries were also present during the manifesto release. The Haryana Assembly polls are scheduled for October 21. Votes will be counted on October 24.
Speaking on the occasion, Haryana Chief Minsiter Manohar Lal said that during the last five years, the state govt fulfilled most of its promises.
Senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh addressed election rallies in Assandh in Karnal and Pataudi in Haryana. Rajnath Singh praised the work done by the state govt during five years.
He hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s efforts for repealing Article 370 for people of Jammu and Kashmir.
He also slammed the previous govt at the Centre for their stand on Article 370.
While addressing another rally in Pataudi, the senior BJP leader praised the Manohar Lal Khattar led government in the state for its pro-poor and pro-farmer led policies.
On the other hand, Congress leader Bhupendra Hooda, who served as the Chief Minister of Haryana from 2005 to 2014, highlighted his government’s achievements, when he was in power from 2005 to 2014. In an exclusive conversation with DD News, he asserted that his govt will fulfill the promises made in Congress party’s manifesto for Haryana assembly polls.
