Ugro Capital planning to raise funds via NCDs

Ugro Capital is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The meeting of the Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on January 13, 2022 to consider and approve the same. Ugro Capital is engaged in providing financial services.
