Vinati Organics rises on making additional investment in wholly owned subsidiary

Vinati Organics is currently trading at Rs. 1960.00, up by 3.85 points or 0.20% from its previous closing of Rs. 1956.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1925.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1967.00 and Rs. 1925.40 respectively. So far 1551 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2180.40 on 08-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1142.30 on 29-Dec-2020.

Vinati Organics has subscribed to the additional 6 lakh fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at par amounting to Rs 60 lakh in Veeral Organics. The investment is made by way of subscription towards the rights issue of Veeral Organics, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company, rank pan passu to its existing equity shares.
