Unparalleled Enthusiasm Among Students at Pacific Uniquefest 2025

The Pacific University’s Faculty of Management successfully concluded its two-day All India Management Fest, ‘Uniquest-2025’, which witnessed a massive participation of more than 350 students from various colleges across India. The festival became a melting pot of talent, competition, and learning, reinforcing its reputation as one of the most prestigious management festivals in the country.

A Platform for Learning and Growth

In his welcome address, Professor Dipin Mathur, Dean of the Faculty of Management, emphasized the importance of experiential learning for students. He highlighted that a student’s journey is a continuous process of learning and evolving, which enriches their personality and prepares them to excel in life.

He remarked that participating in such festivals plays a crucial role in student development, stating:
“Stepping beyond routine classroom learning and engaging in competitive events helps students refine their skills, boost confidence, and develop the ability to communicate effectively with a larger audience.”

He also underscored the significance of Uniquest in fulfilling the quest for knowledge and competition among students, as Pacific University has been hosting this fest for the past 20 years to provide a platform for young minds to showcase their talent.

Chief Guest’s Inspiring Address on Technology and AI

The Chief Guest, Mr. Himkar Dubey, CEO of Nexathon Global Services, delivered an insightful speech, urging students to embrace modern technology instead of fearing it. He discussed the importance of AI and online tools in today’s professional landscape and encouraged students to equip themselves with cutting-edge skills to stay ahead in their careers.

“In an era dominated by AI and digital transformation, students must adapt, learn, and leverage technology to enhance their abilities rather than resisting change,” he advised.

Emphasis on ‘Made by India’ for Economic Growth

Pacific University’s Group President, Professor Bhagwati Prakash Sharma, addressed the participants during the inaugural ceremony and emphasized the need to strengthen India’s economy. He urged students to support the ‘Made by India’ initiative, emphasizing the role of youth in ensuring its success.

Encouraging students to participate actively, he remarked:
“Students should immerse themselves in different competitions with a thirst for learning, as this journey of discovery will ultimately help them accomplish something extraordinary in life.”

Pacific University’s President, Professor Hemant Kothari, stressed the need for youth to develop multi-dimensional skills by engaging in academic and cultural activities while remaining connected to Indian traditions. Festival conveners, Dr. Gaurav Kumar Joshi and Dr. Khushbu Agarwal, praised the prestigious reputation of Uniquest in India’s management festival landscape.

The grand finale of the festival was graced by Dr. M.M. Mangal, Chairman of Pacific Medical University, who motivated students to focus on health, well-being, and continuous growth. He emphasized the importance of perseverance and innovation in their professional journeys.
