Patna, February 19 The Samastipur Railway Division under the East Central Railway (ECR) has announced train cancellations and route changes affecting several services from February 19 to February 28, 2025. Lichchavi Express (14005/14006) Canceled
The Sitamarhi–Anand Vihar–Sitamarhi Lichchavi Express (14005/14006) will remain completely canceled from February 19 to February 28, 2025.

- New Route: Chhapra Gorakhpur Barabanki Lucknow Kanpur
3. New Delhi–Jaynagar Swatantrata Senani Express (12562) February 19 to February 28, 2025
- Regular Route: Kanpur Prayagraj Aunrihar Jn Gorakhpur Chhapra
- New Route: Kanpur Lucknow Barabanki Gorakhpur Chhapra
