Review Meeting: Achieve All National Health Program Targets Ahead of Schedule – Dr. Ashok Aditya
Udaipur, February 19, 2025 Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) Dr. Ashok Aditya emphasized the need to achieve all national health program targets ahead of schedule during a review meeting held at Bappa Rawal Auditorium, Golden Jubilee Guest House, Sukhadia University Campus. The meeting was organized in preparation for an upcoming district-level review meeting under the chairmanship of the District Collector.

1. Ayushman Arogya Yojana & E-KYC Progress
Additional CMHO Dr. Ragini Agrawal reviewed the Ayushman Arogya Yojana, E-KYC, and card distribution progress. She emphasized that the District Collector is closely monitoring this initiative, urging officers to ensure its timely execution.
Family Welfare Program: Special emphasis was placed on achieving sterilization targets on schedule.
2. NCD, Sickle Cell Anemia & ASHA Program
Deputy CMHO Dr. Ankit Jain assessed the progress of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) programs, Sickle Cell Anemia screening, Aam Mela, and the ASHA program.
3. Maternal & Child Health Initiatives
RCHO Dr. Rakesh Gupta reviewed RCH programs, including:
- Maa Voucher Scheme
- Antenatal Care (ANC) first trimester check-ups
- Institutional deliveries
- Complete immunization and birth registration
- Ojas Yojana
4. Free Medicine & Diagnostics Schemes
DPC RMSCL Dr. Mohan Singh Dhakad evaluated the implementation of the Free Medicine and Free Diagnostics Scheme.
5. Tuberculosis (TB) Detection & Nikshay ID
District TB Officer Dr. Ashutosh Singhal provided updates on TB case detection and the Nikshay ID program, stressing the need for enhanced screening and early diagnosis.

CMHO Dr. Ashok Aditya reviewed all department reports and instructed officials to:
- Improve efficiency and ensure timely execution of programs.
- Address identified gaps and enhance service delivery.
- Work towards achieving district health goals before deadlines.
