Prayagraj, January 30 The Maha Kumbh Mela at Triveni Sangam in Prayagraj continues to witness a massive influx of devotees, from common pilgrims to renowned Bollywood celebrities. Among those who took the holy dip in the Ganges on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya was actress Poonam Pandey, who expressed her spiritual experience on social media.

Following her scheduled visit, Poonam Pandey arrived at the Maha Kumbh on Mauni Amavasya and participated in the sacred bath ritual at the Sangam. After completing her dip, she spent some time on a boat ride to soak in the divine atmosphere.
Taking to Instagram, she shared her emotions and posted a heartfelt message:
“All my sins have been washed away.”
She also uploaded several pictures and videos from her visit, wearing a traditional Mahakal Kurta while offering prayers with folded hands. She shared that she felt immense happiness witnessing the faith and devotion of the pilgrims around her.

While sharing her spiritual experience, Poonam Pandey also expressed deep sorrow over the tragic stampede that occurred at the Sangam on Mauni Amavasya night. Acknowledging the unfortunate incident, she wrote:
“Maha Kumbh… witnessing life up close. Where a 70-year-old man walks barefoot for hours, where faith knows no boundaries. My deepest condolences to those who lost their lives. I hope they attain salvation. The devotion here has left me speechless…”
Her message resonated with many, as she not only appreciated the intensity of faith and devotion at the Maha Kumbh but also showed compassion for the victims of the tragedy.
