Prime Minister said that with the removal of Article 370, a new era of political stability has begun in Jammu and Kashmir.
Prime Minister said that Article 370 was used an excuse not to conduct local body polls by those with selfish interests.
He said that the BDC elections held last week saw a tremendous turn out.
