Paisalo Digital gains on raising Rs 27 crore through NCDs

Paisalo Digital is currently trading at Rs. 760.55, up by 3.75 points or 0.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 756.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 732.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 775.00 and Rs. 730.00 respectively. So far 664 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1143.15 on 18-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 560.10 on 20-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 819.00 and Rs. 690.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3213.15 crore.

Paisalo Digital has raised Rs 27 crore through Unlisted, Unsecured, Unrated Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 27 NCDs having face value of Rs 1 crore each on private placement basis. The Operations and Finance Committee of Board of Directors of Paisalo Digital in their meeting held on February 5, 2022 has allotted the same.

Paisalo Digital is a leading systemically important Non-Deposit taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in operation since 1992. The company’s main thrust is on small finance to ensure rural development, self-employment and women-empowerment.
