The NSA said that terrorism is not a new thing. He credited the NIA for being able to contain terror activities in the country.
Doval said that terrorism is finding support from outside the country. He said Pakistan has been using terrorism as part of state policy.
In his address, NIA Director-General Yogesh Chander Modi said there is a ninety per cent conviction rate in cases probed by NIA so far.
He further said NIA has issued an alert to states and Union Territories over terror attacks.
The NIA has shared a list of 125 suspects, with the concerned states.
