However, nights remain chilly, and the Meteorological Department predicts a sharp dip in temperatures as cold winds make a comeback.

The current weather patterns in Madhya Pradesh are influenced by two active systems:
- Cyclonic Circulation over Punjab and nearby regions.
- Western Disturbance (WD): Causing southeastern winds to dominate.
These factors have led to an increase in temperatures over the last five days, especially in areas previously experiencing cold waves. Cities that reported daytime temperatures below 20°C are now seeing significant warming, with bright sunshine reducing the impact of the cold.

Daytime Temperatures on Wednesday:
- Mandla: 31.2°C (highest in the state).
- Narmadapuram, Khandwa, Khargone, Seoni: Above 30°C.
- Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain: Ranged between 28°C and 29°C.
Nighttime Temperatures:
- Pachmarhi: 7.6°C (coldest in the state).
- Kalyanpur: 7.9°C.
- Shajapur: 8.6°C.
- Gwalior: 10.1°C (lowest among major cities).
- Bhopal: 11.2°C.
- Indore: 13.6°C.
