Mishtann Foods touches roof on signing MoU with Government of Gujarat

Mishtann Foods is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 18.95, up by 0.90 points or 4.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 18.05 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 18.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 18.95 and Rs. 18.95 respectively. So far 40531 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘XT’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 27.20 on 20-Sep-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 3.88 on 03-May-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 18.95 and Rs. 16.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 947.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 49.28%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held NA% and 50.72% respectively.

Mishtann Foods has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat on December 27, 2021, for the proposed project of manufacturing of grain based ethanol at Gujarat. The said proposed expansion is subject to various regulatory and legal permissions / registrations / approvals and clearances.
